We have been to Doctor Diana three times now. She is a very kind and compassionate person, who explains everything to you in detail and if you do not understand will go through it with you again . She has been a ray of sunshine in bad times and we thank her for that.

I have been under Dr Diana's care for a number of years...she has been brilliant..extremely thorough and has hopefully succeeded in controlling my unpredictable ITP. She always has time to chat normally about my travels and her recommendations to visit. She is wonderful

Dr Diana explains things clearly. Carefully explaining your condition and is happy to go over points if you’re not sure. Although a busy clinic you don’t feel rushed and she is always smiley.

She is a sympathetic, hard- working professional who listens and explains. She has never given up on trying to treat me, even though there have been many setbacks along the way. I have, through her regime of treatment, been able to resume a normal life. She treats me with respect and does not patronise me. I am mindful that she works under difficult conditions with all the pressures of an NHS hospital. She does this in good spirits and despite the inevitable time constraints which her work entails. She is an asset to the ELHT and to the NHS.

Dr. Diane is a fantastic doctor and I cannot think of anything she could improve on. I feel at ease and able to ask anything and she will answer me. She explains everything I need to know about my treatment, side effects and how I will feel. Brilliant doctor.
